By using selfsame.co.in and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please make sure you have read and understood the Terms before placing your order.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on selfsame.co.in at the time you place your order.
When you use this website and place orders through it, you agree to provide us with your email address, postal address, and/or other contact details truthfully and exactly. You also agree that we may use this information to contact you in the context of your order if necessary
If you do not provide us with all the information we need, you cannot place your order.
After you place an order you will receive confirmation mail/Message (Order Confirmation) and (Shipping Confirmation).
PRICE AND DELIVERY CHARGES
The prices displayed at selfsame.co.in does not include Goods and Services Tax (GST).
We provide free delivery across India
DELIVERY
We will try to make sure to send the order consisting of Product(s) by the date indicated in the Delivery confirmation or if no delivery date is specified, in the estimated time frame within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of order confirmation.
Nonetheless, there may be delays for reasons such as the occurrence of unforeseen circumstances or the delivery zone.
For the purpose of these Conditions, the “delivery” shall be understood to have taken place or the order “delivered” as soon as you or a third party indicated by you acquires physical possession of the goods, which will be evidenced by the signing of the receipt of the order at the delivery address indicated by you.
We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.
However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead as we have a short grace period after the order is confirmed.
Sign in to My Account and view your online orders under My Purchases. If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, you can select this option and your order will be cancelled. If the button is not visible, it is too late to cancel your order as processing has begun.
REFUND
If an order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be done to your bank account and will reflect within 7-10 business days. Refund/exchange will be done within 7 days
EXCHANGE
Exchanges are only applicable if a wrong size has been ordered, on the same product within a period of 10 days from the date of receiving the product. The shipping cost has to be borne by the customer. Refund/exchange will be done within 7 days
We reserve the right not to accept the return of products which
(i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
(ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).
We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products unless confirmed by the Customer Experience Team. If you have received a defective product, send us images at care@selfsame.co.in and we will get back to you, once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.
Once confirmed by our customer experience team will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.
Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like DTDC, Delhivery, shiprocket, etc.
In case of exchange; the delivery partner charges us for a reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering the new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100.

TAXES
Pursuant to the prevailing rules and regulations in force, all purchases done through the website are subject to all applicable taxes.
PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay for your goods in various ways as set below.
Credit card or debit Card or Cash on delivery
You can enter your payment details at the time you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard or Rupay). The applicable amount will be debited when you have placed your order in the checkout. SELFSAME reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending of these checks.
Cash on delivery option is valid above Rs.1299.
UPI
You can choose to pay your order with UPI. The order value will be debited from the associated bank account when you have placed your order in the checkout.
You will receive the legally required invoice document in the shipping confirmation e-mail.
COLOURS AND MEASUREMENTS
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colours. The colour you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colours.
An item’s measurements given on selfsame.co.in are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and a not definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production.
